Refund Policy


We want to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with the product you purchased and that you will talk us up to all your friends (who you should totally introduce us to).  To help get you there we offer a 30-day return and unlimited exchange period on all items ordered on flyte.aero with the following caveats:

  • Any returned or exchanged items must be in the same condition as delivered to you,
  • meaning they are undamaged
  • Warranty runs from the original purchase date
  • All returns and exchanges must be initiated from the original point of sale (i.e. flyte.aero )

All returns and exchanges will be subject to any processing fees charged by the original payment merchant.

TO RETURN A PRODUCT

  1. Contact our FLYTE Attendants at realaviators@flyte.aero In your email, please your order number and product SKU(s) you wish to return, and reasons for return.
  2. Once your email request is received, our team will provide a paid shipping label or an envelope to return your items. 
  3. Print the label out and drop your package off at your nearest post office.

Once the product is returned and passes inspection, our FLYTE Attendants will process the refund to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow up to 10 business days for credit to clear.

TO EXCHANGE A PRODUCT

  1. Contact our FLYTE Attendants at realaviators@flyte.aero
  2. In your email, please your order number and product details you wish to exchange, and reasons for exchange.
  3. Once all items have been received, our FLYTE Attendants will ship the new item(s) back to you at no cost.

We do NOT currently accept returns or exchanges on international orders. All sales of those items are final.
